About Dirk Janssen
Dirk Janssen is a wild wellness coach, breathwork facilitator, and founder of Wild at Heart (Belgium).
It is his mission to help people remember what they already carry within — strength, stillness, playfulness, and connection.
Through breathwork, cold exposure, nature immersion, and embodied movement, Dirk guides others back to their natural rhythm and vitality. His approach is grounded, heartful, and deeply inspired by the wisdom of the elements.
With a background as a Wim Hof Method Instructor, Forest Bathing Guide, and Nature-Based Coach, Dirk weaves science and nature into practical, embodied experiences that awaken both body and spirit.
