Yoga is life, and life itself is our great yoga practice. Teaching yoga first and foremost means taking the time to understand what yoga truly is. From there, we build a foundational understanding and learn how to share it in an honest and authentic way.
Modern yoga often focuses on form and appearance, but living yoga touches our lives more deeply. It meets us at the foundation of our existence and awakens a greater presence and clarity in life. Yoga helps us see the world in a new way, understand our own mind, and find greater clarity and capacity for action in everyday life.
Becoming a yoga teacher is like any other profession: the deeper you go into what you do, the more confident you become in yourself and the better you can serve others. This year of study will help you gain a broader understanding of what yoga is. You will explore both practice and philosophy in depth, as well as teaching and how to communicate yoga in an honest and clear way.
The course will mainly be held in Norwegian, but it can sometimes be adapted to the individual. However, we recommend that participants have at least some proficiency in Norwegian.
We offer two internships for this training
