There is no place like Nøsen. Let me begin by saying that.

There’s something in the earth here for everyone that arrives is immediately confronted with a mirror, held up by something greater than us. A force that makes us learn at a pace far faster than we will ever feel comfortable with.

This place has a way of teaching you the greatest lessons of your life – if you let it.

Resist, and the silent mountains will take from you. Surrender, and you will meet parts of your soul you never knew existed.

Yes, Nøsen is breathtaking. The mountains, the yoga, the silence, the lake. But what makes it truly special are the people who bring this mountain hotel to life. Who fill it up with laughter, chaos, and love. The people that land here have a story to tell, a past to process, and a path of growth ahead.

I don’t think I’ve yet come to fully realize the impact Nøsen had on me.

But one thing I know for sure.

I am honored to have spent almost a year of my life here, with all of you.
