This retreat is here for you to find your own sense of aliveness again. In the rush of our modern world, we sometimes forget the difference between existing and being alive. The truth is that there is so much more to being alive than having a simple heart beat. Alive means movement, it means stillness, it means laughter, lightness and an exhale that opens up space inside your chest.
And how exactly are we going to reconnect with that sense of aliveness?
By delving into these three core practice:
Refreshing Runs. Running wakes up your mind and body. Yes, it gets your lungs and heart pumping, but it also lifts your mood by boosting the production of feel-good chemicals like serotonin and dopamine. The increased blood flow to your brain, helps clear mental fog and fatigue. And the rhythmic, bouncing movement supports the release of stuck emotions.
Deep Yin Yoga. This is where your body learns the true meaning of stillness, softness and surrender. Each pose is held for three to five minutes. During this time, you allow your muscles and fascia to let go. The goal is not to push to your max, but to find your sweet spot. In this stillness, you begin to create a safe space for pausing and deep insight.
Yoga Nidra: Here you’ll be guided into the “in between” zone - shifting between waking and sleeping. That deeply restorative state activates your parasympathetic nervous system and can lower your cortisol, the main stress hormone in your body. It reduces anxiety, opens up emotional blockages, promotes creativity and the connection to your self.
So, it is safe to say that in these four days we will explore the process of you freeing suppressed energies and tapping into your own sense of aliveness. We will move to awaken, to feel, to release - we’ll pause to listen, to understand, to accept.
We are looking forward to guiding you through this beautiful experience.

About Jenny - Certified Yin Yoga Instructor, Yoga Nidra Guide & Passionate Runner
Coming from the fast-paced world of journalism and having dealt with burnout, I know exactly what it means to race through life with such speed that you wake up one day and barely recognize yourself. “Push a little harder here, do a little more there,” I told myself. And somewhere in the midst of all the pushing and relentless striving - that’s where I lost myself. I already knew back then, this wasn’t the path I was meant to walk. It wasn’t healthy, and it wasn’t living. It couldn’t be.
So, I paused.
And stepped onto the mat. Yoga made me realize that stillness and peace existed; I just needed to actively make space for them. But putting on my first running shoes five years ago, that made me feel alive again. Running taught me that movement - in any form - is release. There were countless times that I ran and suddenly started crying because something in my chest had lifted. We have no idea how much our body carries. With each breath, I found presence; with each move, I started to feel into my body and mind again.
So, I strongly believe that movement of any kind is one of the greatest pauses available to us in the chaos of modern life. And it is my mission to create that exact pause for you - a moment where you can rediscover the pure joy of moving your body and where you step out of the noise and back into yourself. Where you feel alive again.
