We will focus on building individualised drills and training strategies to help you develop your handstand to the next level. Surrounded by beautiful winter landscapes and likeminded people.
This workshop is for you who can manage a handstand and balance pretty well at least for ten seconds - free standing.
About Sondre Berg
Sondre Berg has been exploring, researching and practiced handstands, bodyweight strength, acrobatics and other loosely defined movement terms for nearly a decade. Since 2015 he has coached both adults and youngsters, from those who never did a handstand to experienced practitioners in need of technical training.
