About Susanne Backofen
Susanne is a Psychomotor Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Mental Health. She possesses profound knowledge of how trauma shapes the human body and psyche, and is deeply passionate about understanding and sharing the intricate threads that connect the body, the mind, and a life lived.
Since the mid-90s, yoga and meditation have been her most vital tools for navigating life’s journey.
