Life asks us to express ourselves every day - in conversations, in decisions, and in the moments when honesty feels both important and difficult.
Sometimes we hold back. This retreat offers a space to explore how we communicate, how we listen, and how connect. Over the weekend, we work with practical tools, group coaching and personal journaling. In the group coaching sessions, we focus on speaking up even when it feels uncomfortable, expressing ourselves with clarity, and navigating the silence we sometimes avoid. We will also explore intuitive listening - learning to recognise our inner signals before we respond to the world around us.
The yoga sessions are tailored for this topic. Elina leads the Vinyasa practices. They are dynamic, and they bring energy and playfulness. The Yin Yoga with Ronit helps us slow down, tune in, and create space to listen to the body more clearly.
This retreat is for anyone who wants to communicate with more clarity, listen with more awareness, and feel more connected to themselves and others.
About Ronit and Elina
We are Ronit and Elina. We are both experienced yoga teachers and we have background as professional coaches in different fields.
Our approach brings together three effective tools: yoga for connecting with the body, group coaching for clarity and growth, and creative art to help insights become truly personal.
Our concept “The Art of…” is a series of retreats designed to offer structured, supportive practices that strengthen different parts of our lives by combining these approaches. This spring we combine the outer and inner skills and we are focusing on communication, self-awareness, and everyday wellbeing.

A hands-on group workshop building on communication and relational coaching trainings used in negotiation.
