We will also cover the Therapeutic flying aspects of Acro yoga which could be described as a blend of Acro and Thai massage. It’s not required to come with a partner or to bring a yoga mat.

About the teachers:

Lukas Gustavson

Lukas has learned, taught and practiced Acro yoga all the way from Norway to New Zealand. Besides his great love for Acro he’s also completed over a thousand hours of teacher trainings involving Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Thai Massage. “The word yoga can be translated as Union and I have not seen any form of yoga which creates more Union than Acro Yoga. Within seconds complete strangers can gain a level of trust and understanding for each other that couldn’t be gained through a hundred years of small talk”

Rahel Güntert

From the beginning this journey has been a healing process for Rahel. Yoga has helped her out from suffering of anxiety and self doubt. A passion immediately turned into a lifestyle she couldn’t imagine of letting go again. When she started emerging herself into Acro Yoga she finally realized that touch and connection, she used to be afraid of more than falling, can be such a powerful and beautiful act of a human being. A journey through India and an intense course of 500h Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha in Rishikesh has opened the door to teach at many places and share exactly this union since more than two years.
“Acro Yoga for me is a place of connection, of union, trust and courage. A place I’ve met the most wonderful people. An act of openness. A moment of being myself and no one else.“
