Daily Mysore practice is complimented with workshops covering technique, alignment, breathing, meditation and much more. The topics are tailored by Kino to meet the unique needs of the students and help everyone’s practice.
Not only will get to spend the practice time with Kino, but you’ll also go on hikes to the nearby mountains, explore waterfalls and maybe even a dip in the cool waters of the lake!

During the six-day practice, you will join Mysore classes every morning. All students will start at 7 am and if the group exceeds 30 students another batch r Mysore students will be added. From 11 am to 1 pm on select days you can join a workshop with a different focus for each workshop. It goes without saying that with dedication, willingness, and enthusiasm you will deepen your understanding of yoga and develop your practice during this event.
