A long weekend where you will be bathed in ways to ease into rest by balancing the autonomic nervous system through yoga, guided meditations, energy exercises, interactive lectures & breathwork.

Every day will start with a routine of breathwork and yoga, and end with a meditative sound bath to the soothing sounds of singing bowls. During the days we will guide you through practices of yoga, guided meditations, energy exercises, and breathwork. All focused on creating health and balance in body and mind. We will also give interactive lectures and reflect together about balancing the autonomic nervous system. Quite essential during this retreat are the breaks, There will be time to relax, digest, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at the top of the mountain at Nøsen.

Our intention is that you will leave the retreat rejuvenated and full of the ease with a daily routine that helps you maintain balance in your everyday life. and a toolbox for stress management.

This retreat is suitable for everyone who is interested in learning ways to establish balance in body and mind and manage everyday stress, which in our eyes is the foundation for health. It fits both beginners and more experienced practitioners in the field.

Jonas is educated as a doctor from Germany from 2013. He has practised as a doctor in Denmark before he came to Norway with his family in the fall of 2017. His first position in Norway was as a municipal doctor in Lensvik / Trøndelag. During this time he became acquainted with and fell in love with Norway and the strong nature. Never before has he experienced a country that spoke so strongly and directly to him.
In June 2018, he took over the general practice from Dr. Audun Myskja in Ski near Oslo. and he is now continuing his practice in Ski

Jonas has an interest in people and their stories. He is interested in how we can create a joyful life, how to master life in a way that makes a deeper sense. A very important meeting on his way was with Dr. Audun Myskja, who became a teacher, partner, and friend.
Under Audun's auspices, he completed the unit therapist training and education that incorporates various treatment techniques, tools, and meditation practices that bring us closer to who we are. The intention is not to become a better version of oneself but to become whole, to become a unit within.

Nanne Emelie Andersen

Yoga and meditation teacher, therapist, craniosacral therapist, and sound therapist.

Nanne Emelie has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years, since she fell in love with yoga at age 19. Already as a child, she began to explore meditation and ever since meditation has been a natural daily practice and companion as a tool for well being, awareness, and self-reflection.

She has two alignment-based vinyasa yoga teacher trainings behind her, and training in Restorative somatic yoga with Ateeka (founder of yogasomatics). As a yoga teacher and craniosacral therapist, she has a great passion for the soothing and balancing effects of connective tissue work, and merges her knowledge about this with yoga.

Her teaching has therefore a strong ground in the meditative aspects, and how that is connected to the connective tissue, the balancing of the body, and the balancing of the nervous system.

When Nanne Emelie discovered Yoga somatics, she found home in this soft, meditative, fluid yoga form. She uses singing balls to support yoga teaching.

Throughout this weekend, Nanne Emelie will be teaching yoga as well as sound baths, breathing exercises, and meditation.
