Hatha yoga
Gently strengthening morning practice.

With Inger Lise Røed. A weekend of gently strengthening Hatha yoga, restorative Yin yoga and lying-down meditation, open to beginners.

On this retreat we practise gently strengthening Hatha yoga and restorative Yin yoga.
We start from what your body is telling you through injuries, aches and imbalances, take time to listen to the breath and asanas it needs to release or build up, and let it experience them.
We meditate lying down (you can of course sit if you prefer) on wool mats or a yoga mat with a blanket, like an extended savasana with some active breathing. The idea is to let the body recover, let go completely and perhaps sink deeper into calm.
There will be time to share experiences in the group and receive clairvoyant guidance focused on personal development. We talk a little about how to handle meditation symptoms and how to build a meditation practice.
You can receive hands-on guidance and healing in the asanas and during meditation if you wish. You need no prior experience to join the retreat.

Inger Lise (born 1972) is passionate about how we can become healthy, or healthier, through yoga, meditation and personal development. Since childhood she has meditated, communicated with animals, worked as a medium, been able to calibrate energy (heal) and had what she calls "awake senses".
She trained as an engineer and worked as a quality manager in the food industry until 2007, when she began working full time as a natural therapist. She runs yoga and meditation groups and courses on personal development, communicating with animals, sensitive children, mediumship and related themes.
She practised yoga for about 10 years with Francesco Suria, recovered from a back injury, and was inspired to motivate others to heal through yoga and meditation. She has a 200-hour teacher training from Yin Yang Yogaakademiet with Ina Løvdahl and follows the idea that when the student is ready, the teacher appears. She is currently a student at Puro Yoga with Mikkel Dahl Lund.
