Overview

The breath is central to human life. It is our most important source of vitality and conducts all the body's systems. Yet most of us breathe in tight, learned patterns that hold back our vitality, wellbeing and alertness. This weekend is devoted to the breath, in several of its facets.

Over the weekend you will learn practical exercises, techniques and knowledge you can apply straight away in your life and your practice. We will also explore the deeper potential of the breath as a source of release, healing and awakening to a way of being that can meet the world with openness and freedom.

The programme is designed to energise and inspire both beginners and experienced 'breathonauts', and suits yogis, meditators, therapists and undercover magicians who want to strengthen the foundation of their practice.

There will also be time for walks in nature, the sauna and good company in the mountains.
