Dharma Yoga and Vinyasa
Energising practice for the body.

With Krissa Ludvigsen and Kristina Mac Lennan. A five-day restorative, nourishing and energising spring gathering for women at Nøsen.

As winter loosens its hold and the first signs of spring begin to stir, we invite you into a space made entirely for women: a space to soften, reconnect, remember who you are, and rise renewed.
In the quiet mountains at Nøsen Fjellhotell, this five-day spring retreat brings together nature, women's circles and ceremony, and the reviving practices of yoga, rest and ritual. It is made to feel good for your body, your energy, your emotions and your spirit.
Our women's circles and ceremonies invite honest connection, shared wisdom and laughter. Together we mark the shift from winter to spring: balancing light and dark, calling in new beginnings, planting seeds and celebrating the return of life.
Between sessions you will enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals, time to walk the hiking trails nearby, and views of the lake and mountains. There will be a sauna session, perhaps a cold plunge, and the option to join a group cold dip in the lake to welcome the season ahead.
This retreat is for women who want to restore and refill, feel held in community and sisterhood, move with intention and joy, receive both energising practice and deep rest, connect with nature and the seasons, and celebrate the spring equinox as a time of renewal. Come as you are.
Energising practice for the body.
Movement to release what winter has held.
Practice that guides you into deep rest.
Breathwork to clear and balance, and meditation to settle you into stillness.
Circles that invite honest connection, shared wisdom and laughter.
A sauna session, perhaps a cold plunge, and the option of a group cold dip in the lake.

She is registered with Yoga Alliance USA and offers trainings and courses as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).

Kristina Mac Lennan teaches yoga with a focus on breath, presence and whole, functional movement. She is known for creating safe spaces where people can land, breathe out and connect with themselves, without performance and without hurry. For Kristina, yoga is first of all about relationship: to the body, the breath, the moment and the people around us.
Movement and expression have always been part of her life. She sang in a choir from childhood, played the piano and danced ballroom and jazz ballet, and this closeness to music and rhythm lives on in her teaching through flow, timing, pauses and carefully chosen music.
Kristina found yoga around 2013, but it was meeting Ida Engerud in 2017 that made the practice fall into place. She has a background from Asker Kunstskole, trained as a gardener, and worked for many years in retail, including as store manager for Life. She is a mother of two, finds calm in nature, and swims and takes saunas all year round.
She is trained in Power Vinyasa (200 hours, 2019), Embodied Yin and Shake the Dust (100 hours, 2020/21), pregnancy yoga (2021), mother and baby yoga (2022), and completed a 500-hour Advanced FAMO Fascia Movement teacher training at Art of Motion in autumn 2025. She has also studied Dharma Yoga (140 hours, 2025) and Heart: sadhana and meditation practices (100 hours, 2025), Reiki Shoden level 1 (2026) and a Women's Circle Facilitator course with Sister Stories (2026). She currently teaches regularly at Kjernekraft, Joy Yoga, Leela and Sats.
