Time Out: a Gentle Weekend for Balance in Body and Mind

With Netti Fuglesang and Camilla Fuglesang Eide. A gentle mountain weekend of yoga, breathing exercises and meditation, with simple tools for handling stress in everyday life.

Time Out: a Gentle Weekend for Balance in Body and Mind
Overview

Welcome to the mountains: let go and receive. The main focus of the weekend is yoga, breath and awareness of your own everyday life.

How about a proper time out? A chance to put a foot on the ground and sense how you are really doing? What are you grateful for and happy with in life? What would you like to change, do differently or have more of in your everyday life? We explore ways to let go of old patterns.

We invite you to an energising weekend of beautiful nature and fresh air, lovely food, yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. We explore how we create and fall into patterns in daily life, and get a taste of how this happens when we are in the 'default mode network'. With kind presence we explore stress and how we respond when meeting other people, so that by being aware you can make good choices in everyday life.

You will learn a simple yoga sequence tailored to your daily practice and a few good breathing techniques that reduce stress. We also look at how you can take care of yourself and your needs in a busy everyday life. The weekend gives you a 'first-aid kit' of good techniques to take home, and is also a weekend where you can rest and recharge in safe, nourishing surroundings.

Only a few places.

Your teachers
Netti Fuglesang

Netti Fuglesang

Yoga teacher and Gestalt therapist/coach

Netti is a mother of three, yoga teacher and Gestalt therapist/coach, and works in leadership training at Dale Carnegie. Exercise and movement to music have always been part of her life, and she has more than 20 years of experience as an instructor at SATS/ELIXIA. She loves drawing on different techniques with breath and movement in her yoga classes and in her work as a Gestalt therapist.

Netti cares about the whole person, and in her you meet a safe and pleasant yoga teacher with a genuine wish to inspire good health in body and soul. She is a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher from Puro Yoga under Aleksander Medin (2015/16), and has also completed several Yin Yoga modules with YinYangAkademiet.

'Yoga oils both body and soul', and gives Netti presence and balance in life.

Camilla Fuglesang Eide

Camilla Fuglesang Eide

Yoga and meditation teacher, Gestalt coach

Camilla is a yoga teacher and mother of four, and works in marketing and strategy at Norconsult. She has practised yoga since the early 2000s, but it really took off in 2010/11, when she experienced for herself how important it is to take care of yourself, to breathe, to look after your health and to be able to be in the moment. Yoga, breath, meditation and good routines got her back on her feet, and she uses these tools and techniques every day. With her calm, friendly and present nature she shares her experience and knowledge generously.

Camilla is a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher from Puro Yoga under Alexander Medin (2021/22 and 25/26), and also has a 200-hour training in Yin and Yang yoga from Yinyangakademiet. She is a certified meditation teacher with a two-year training, and a Gestalt coach from NGI.

'Yoga is my real meeting with myself, in my life, and gives me inner grounding and steadiness.'
