Heart meditation and movement
Movement and meditation to feel the heart, opening the weekend on Friday evening.

With Daniel Gjerde Kolmannskog and Adriana Bueno Wiborg. A weekend of meditation and movement from Yoga Tantra, Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong and Buddhism to travel into the heart.

Adriana and Daniel invite you to a weekend of heart work and light work at Nøsen. Through meditation and physical practice from Yoga Tantra, Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong and Buddhism, we travel deep into the heart to find who you are.
Yoga helps us understand and know ourselves in every part: our whole humanness, the good and the ugly, and our inner light, the part of ourselves we all share and can come to know. Knowing it brings joy, lightness and a sense of wholeness here and now, and that spreads to the people and places around us.
We will explore this with play and with care. Adriana and Daniel will also share the personal experiences and practices that helped them connect with their own inner light, their soul.
Expect a full weekend of physical practice, love, sweat, contraction and expansion, laughter and play, along with good food and a beautiful setting.

Morning practice with a focus on backbends.
An afternoon with Adriana in nature with qi gong, drums, a tea ceremony and oracle reading.
A Sunday morning flow that joins movement and mantra.
Adriana and Daniel share their own experiences and the practices that helped them.

For 20 years I have been on a deliberate spiritual journey to seek out more truth and more reality and more of my humanness. I learned Tibetan Buddhist meditations and practices in Kopan Monestary in Nepal in 2008 and started my teaching journey in 2011. I teach in a way that is very real and very explored from my own side, its tested over time and I bring my heart and literally my soul into how I teach. I can be silly and at the same time I get serious with my intentions. I use practices from Tibetan Buddhism, hatha yoga, tantra yoga (not neo-tantra), I focus on alignment of the physical body and subtle cues, and I teach with intention doing my best to lead you through experience.

Adriana comes from São Paulo, Brazil, and moved to Norway in 1999. She is married to a Norwegian and has a teenage daughter and a young adult son. She founded Bueno Helhetsbehandling, a holistic clinic in Disen, Oslo, which has been running since 2009.
She is an alternative therapist trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, a masseuse, a healer, a holistic dance teacher, a Qi Gong instructor, a sound and frequency healer, a medium and a women's circle leader. Her workshops include Divine Feminine Circle, Bellydance Chakra Flow, Deep Healing Sunday, Healing Cacao Ceremony and a Divine Awakening Retreat to Egypt.
She has practised many styles of yoga since 1996. In this retreat she joins Daniel to bring together an old Taoist Chinese energy tradition and the yoga tradition. Both work with the body's prana and qi through the meridians (nadis) and energy centres, to unblock, balance, nurture and heal the body.
