Black Lotus with Ty Landrum
An exploratory, somatic practice rooted in Ashtanga, bringing together breath, movement, awareness and philosophy.

With Alexander Medin, Ty Landrum, Shayan Landrum, Annabel Guaita and Piotr Marcinów. Five days between Christmas and New Year with yoga, meditation, philosophy, live music, mountains and a New Year's Eve party.

Don't begin 2027 with more resolutions. Begin with something you can carry with you: five days at Nøsen to move, breathe, listen, ski, rest and celebrate.
The days between Christmas and New Year are a natural pause. From 27 December to 1 January there is yoga and meditation every day, philosophy and conversation, The Listening Body with live music, mountains and skiing, sauna and rest. On New Year's Eve we put the mats aside and throw a proper party.
This year's theme is New Horizons, New Possibilities. Not because a new year makes us new people, but because it is worth stopping to ask what the past year taught us, what we want to keep, what we can let go of, and what deserves our time and energy. Perhaps the question is not how to become a better version of yourself, but how to be more present in the life you already have.
Each morning begins with three parallel yoga practices, so you can choose the style and intensity that suits you, followed by meditation, breathwork and breakfast. From Monday to Thursday we gather each morning for The Listening Body. The rest of the day moves between yoga, philosophy, technique, meditation and conversation, with plenty of time for the mountains, cross-country skiing, the sauna, the fireplace and being together.
Each of the four full days has its own question: Practice (what do we build over time?), Clarity (from reaction to response), Purposeful Action (from insight to action) and New Horizons (what do we carry forward into 2027?).
After more than ten years of building, the new floors, roof, dining room, yoga spaces at Nøsen are finally complete, which makes this New Year especially meaningful to us. Old friends, new friends, experienced yogis and complete beginners are all welcome. All levels are welcome: you only need to be curious.
