Overview

A retreat where you get time and space to land, listen inwards and be close to yourself and your heart. Welcome to four days in the stillness of the mountains, where the pace can slow and the body can land in calm, in self-care and in contact with the heart.

Through gentle connective tissue yoga, morning practices that gradually become more flowing, heart focus, breath, mindfulness, nature walks, sound baths and time for reflection, we create a space for both depth and renewal. Throughout the retreat there is a particular focus on the heart: listening inwards, coming closer to what feels true and important to you, and strengthening that connection.

This is a retreat for you if you feel the need to breathe a little more deeply. Perhaps you long for more calm and more contact with your body and heart, or just a few days where you can focus on filling yourself up without having to be anything for anyone else. When the nervous system has a chance to settle, tension and restlessness can gradually let go, and more stable energy, greater clarity and a deeper sense of contact with yourself can take their place.

Mornings begin slowly with breath, heart focus and presence, letting the practice grow into more flow and movement. In the afternoons, body and nervous system are invited to let go, sink down and integrate through restorative practices, connective tissue yoga, sound baths and time in nature.

The retreat suits both complete beginners to yoga and meditation and those with long experience. What matters is not what you can do, but that you come as you are.

The practices

Morning practice

Gentle to gradually more flowing morning practice.

Restorative connective tissue yoga (yogasomatics)

Afternoon sessions that invite the body to rest and let go.

Breath and heart focus

Breath and heart focus to support the nervous system and strengthen the connection to the heart, with Heartfulness and presence exercises.

Walking meditation and time in nature

Walking meditation outdoors in nature.

Sound bath

Nanne Emelie uses gong, singing bowls, voice and other sound instruments. The sounds move like soft vibrations through the body and can feel like an inner massage for the nervous system. Many describe it as deeply relaxing, meditative and grounding.

Time for rest and reflection

Open afternoons for rest, walks or time on your own.

Nanne Emelie Andersen

Yoga and meditation teacher, craniosacral therapist, sound therapist, singer, and musician

Nanne Emelie Andersen is a yoga and meditation teacher, craniosacral therapist, sound therapist, singer, and musician.

She has practiced yoga and meditation for more than 20 years — a journey that began at the age of 19, when she fell in love with the world of yoga. Already as a child, she began exploring meditation, which has since become a daily practice and a lifelong companion.

As a craniosacral therapist, Nanne Emelie has a deep fascination with the body’s connective tissue and nervous system. She weaves this knowledge into her yoga teaching and has developed an increasingly gentle, compassionate, and healing approach to the body — where movement, breath, and relaxation merge together.

When she discovered fascia yoga, she truly found her home in a style of yoga that combines the meditative, flowing, and sensory. In her teaching, she incorporates the power of sound — using singing bowls, gong, and other instruments — to create space for deep rest, presence, and inner peace.

She holds two RYT200 certifications in alignment vinyasa yoga, as well as further training in restorative and somatic yoga. This gives her a strong foundation, while her unique approach is shaped by intuition, music, and the body’s natural rhythm.

At this retreat, Nanne Emelie will share her experience through restorative fascia yoga, gentle flow yoga, gong and sound baths, breathing exercises, energy practices, and meditation — all with the intention of creating balance, calm, and a deep connection with yourself.
