Mornings
The mornings start calmly with breath, presence and soft movement. The practice gradually builds energy and mobility in a gentle way, so the body can wake up at its own pace.

With Nanne Emelie Andersen. Days in the mountains to slow down, return to the breath and make room for rest, presence and new energy.

Welcome to days in the mountains where you can slow down, find your way back to the breath and give yourself room for rest, presence and new energy.
For many, autumn is a busy time. After the open days of summer the calendar fills up again, and demands, responsibility and expectations take up more space. This retreat is a breathing space in the middle of everyday life: a chance to step back, find calm and give body and mind what they need to recover.
Through gentle fascia yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, sound baths, walking meditation and time in nature, you are invited to release tension, land in the body and create more balance in the nervous system.
The retreat suits you especially well if the pace has been high for a long time. Perhaps you feel stressed, overwhelmed or drained of energy. Perhaps you simply want a few days where you can set performance and responsibility aside and have time to listen to yourself.
When the body gets rest and the nervous system has a chance to settle, many experience better sleep, more energy, more clarity and a deeper sense of contact with themselves. The retreat is not about performing or achieving anything, but about giving the body the best conditions to find its natural balance again.
The retreat suits both newcomers to yoga and meditation and those with experience. Come just as you are.
The mornings start calmly with breath, presence and soft movement. The practice gradually builds energy and mobility in a gentle way, so the body can wake up at its own pace.
The afternoons are for going deeper, resting and integrating. Through restorative practices, fascia yoga, breath and sound baths the body can let go of tension and sink deeper into relaxation. Between sessions there is time for yourself, walks in nature or simply enjoying the silence.
Nanne Emelie uses gong, singing bowls, voice and other resonant instruments. The sounds and vibrations can feel like a soft massage for body and nervous system and invite deep rest and relaxation.
Restorative fascia yoga to release tension and support recovery.

Nanne Emelie Andersen is a yoga and meditation teacher, craniosacral therapist, sound therapist, singer, and musician.
She has practiced yoga and meditation for more than 20 years — a journey that began at the age of 19, when she fell in love with the world of yoga. Already as a child, she began exploring meditation, which has since become a daily practice and a lifelong companion.
As a craniosacral therapist, Nanne Emelie has a deep fascination with the body’s connective tissue and nervous system. She weaves this knowledge into her yoga teaching and has developed an increasingly gentle, compassionate, and healing approach to the body — where movement, breath, and relaxation merge together.
When she discovered fascia yoga, she truly found her home in a style of yoga that combines the meditative, flowing, and sensory. In her teaching, she incorporates the power of sound — using singing bowls, gong, and other instruments — to create space for deep rest, presence, and inner peace.
She holds two RYT200 certifications in alignment vinyasa yoga, as well as further training in restorative and somatic yoga. This gives her a strong foundation, while her unique approach is shaped by intuition, music, and the body’s natural rhythm.
At this retreat, Nanne Emelie will share her experience through restorative fascia yoga, gentle flow yoga, gong and sound baths, breathing exercises, energy practices, and meditation — all with the intention of creating balance, calm, and a deep connection with yourself.
