A workshop for you who want to learn how to balance efficiently on your hands. We will focus on building individualised drills and training strategies to help you master the handstand. Surrounded by beautiful winter landscapes and likeminded people.
The workshop is specifically designed for people who:
- Can’t balance a handstand, or struggle to get consistent handstand balance
- Don’t know how to structure their handstand practice in an efficient manner
- Don’t know how to train to learn handstand
- Want an insight into my personal experience and way of teaching handstand
- Want some additional inspiration in the start of their handstand journey.
It is recommended that you can do a wall assisted handstand, but if you struggle with this, the following link contains a guide for you to prepare:
Above, you will find everything you need to get your body prepared before the workshop (1-2 months training should be enough to show up prepared).
Prerequisites: Wall assisted handstand
