There is something about the beginning of a new year that invites us to slow down. To look back at what has been, and to listen for what might be ready to unfold.

Join me for a winter retreat in the Norwegian mountains, where we will make space for yoga, philosophy, reflection and rest.

Through Hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama, Yoga Nidra and yoga philosophy, we will explore how we want to meet the year ahead. We will take time to look back at the year that has passed, to notice what has shaped us, and to consider what we want to bring with us into 2027.

Reflection will be an important part of the retreat. There will be time for journaling and quiet self-reflection, with questions and themes to explore at your own pace. You are never expected to share anything you have written or reflected on. There may be opportunities for gentle conversation and sharing, but what you choose to keep to yourself is entirely yours.

Between the practices, there will be time to ski, walk, read, rest or simply enjoy the winter landscape. You don't need to fill every hour. Some of the most valuable moments may be the ones we leave open.

This retreat is an invitation to begin gently. To move, to reflect, to be still, and to find your own rhythm in the midst of winter.

You are welcome whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years. The practices will be adapted to the group, and there will be space to participate in your own way.

She leads retreats and teacher trainings in Sweden and abroad, creating spaces where participants can slow down, explore, rest and reconnect with themselves.
