Nøsen is Norway's leading yoga retreat centre, high in the mountains of Valdres. Guests, staff and volunteers live and work closely together, a team with a strong sense of community.

Become a volunteer
Many volunteers work at Nøsen, some for a couple of months and others for six months or more. Volunteers contribute 27.5 hours a week (5.5 hours, 5 days a week) in the café, the kitchen, cleaning or maintenance.
