Enjoy your autumn holiday with yoga that truly gives something back.

Together with Alexander Medin, Nøsen invites you to a Sadhana Intensive during the autumn holidays:

25.09.2026 – 30.09.2026

This immersion is suitable for both enthusiastic beginners and experienced practitioners who wish to deepen, strengthen, and refine their personal practice.

A Practice You Can Carry Into Everyday Life

Over five calm and focused days, you are invited to go deeper into the practice of yoga together with Alexander, who brings decades of experience in practice, study, and teaching.

The focus is not on performance or outer form, but on building a sustainable personal practice — with tools you can genuinely carry into daily life.

Alexander will explore:

  • what classical yoga truly points toward

  • how yoga has evolved into different directions in modern times

  • what various styles and methods have in common

  • how technique, breath, concentration, and understanding are connected

The intention is to offer a clearer and more holistic understanding of yoga — and to help you find your own authentic way into the practice, regardless of experience level.

A Structure That Supports Deepening

The course is adapted to the participants’ experience. The group will be divided into two levels so everyone receives relevant guidance and a safe progression.

The days may include:

  • early morning meditation / japa

  • guided practice or Mysore practice

  • pranayama and technique

  • introduction to classical yoga texts and foundational philosophy

  • gentler afternoon sessions focused on integration, breath, and understanding

The pace is thoughtful and balanced — enough structure to go deep, and enough spaciousness to truly settle.

Nature, Silence & Simple Comfort

Nøsen is surrounded by magnificent and untouched nature. Each day offers plenty of time to be outdoors — whether you wish to hike, explore, or simply let the stillness work its quiet magic. Scenic mountain trails begin right outside the door.

If you prefer rest and quiet, you are equally welcome to retreat with a book, sit by the fireplace, or simply relax.

Food & Accommodation

We serve nourishing and flavorful vegetarian meals designed to support your practice.

Three daily meals and accommodation are included in the price.

This Retreat Is For You If You:

  • wish to understand yoga more deeply — not only practice the postures

  • want to build a practice that truly supports everyday life

  • long for a meaningful and beautiful holiday

  • seek stillness, clarity, and direction

  • are new to yoga but curious

  • or have practiced for many years and wish to return to the essence

Welcome to an autumn filled with meaning, depth, and space to breathe.

A warm welcome to Nøsen.
