Yoga for livet · Viggo Johansen
Loneliness does not really exist

"As a young man I struggled with anxiety and was completely empty inside," says Viggo Johansen. Then he became a Buddhist monk, but found the frame too narrow. Even so, it was hard to break away and move home to Norway.
Today Viggo is a philosopher, cognitive behavioural therapist, mindfulness teacher and author. He believes loneliness does not really exist, and that we must stop making mindfulness into something mysterious. "We all have it in us, if only we can put the phone away," says Viggo Johansen.
