Yoga
Vinyasa flows, a grounding release practice and gentle evening yin to connect with the body.

With Elina Serkedzhieva and Ronit Cohen. A weekend of yoga, group coaching and time in nature to explore how you find balance in a busy life.

A weekend to explore how you stand, and how you find balance in the middle of it all. In November, a month before the new year, take time to reflect on what the year ahead might hold.
Many things are asked of us, and we are often pulled in different directions. Some of these demands come from within, others from what we believe others expect of us.
In yoga, balance is often described as the meeting of two qualities: steadiness, the effort to hold a pose, and ease, the trust to soften within it. Too much effort and we grip and tire. Too much ease and we lose our shape and drift.
Over the weekend we work with movement, group coaching and quiet time in nature to explore how we relate to what we cannot predict or control, and to find a balance that does not depend on having it all figured out.
The retreat takes the same balance off the mat: where in life we grip when we could soften, and where we drift when we could stand a little firmer. It is a chance to notice where you push, tighten or give way, and how to move through your days with more steadiness.
The Art of Balance is part of the "The Art of..." series, after The Art of Change (2025) and The Art of Expression (spring 2026).
Vinyasa flows, a grounding release practice and gentle evening yin to connect with the body.
A workshop on the question "What is balance?", for clarity and growth.
A short vipassana-inspired silence on Saturday morning, through breakfast, to observe and settle.
A walk inspired by forest therapy, practising trust in each next step and returning to the present moment.
Reflecting on what we take home, with a small art-based workshop.
We are Ronit and Elina. We are both experienced yoga teachers and work as professional coaches in different fields. Our approach brings together two effective tools: yoga for connecting with the body, and group coaching for clarity and growth. The concept "The Art of...." is a series of retreats designed to offer structured, supportive practices that strengthen different parts of our body and lives. After The Art of Change (2025) and the Art of Expression (Spring 2026), we explore a new theme: The Art of Balance.
