Welcome to a winter retreat at Nøsen Fjellhotell — a true sanctuary surrounded by snow-covered mountains, silence, and pristine Norwegian nature.
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, warm your heart and breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through the powerful practices of Kundalini Yoga including movement, meditation, mantra, sound healing, and conscious rest. Whether you are completely new to Kundalini Yoga or already have an established practice, you are warmly welcomed into this heart-centered community gathering.
You will have the opportunity to start the days with the sacred practice of Aquarian Sadhana — the traditional early morning Kundalini Yoga practice with yoga, meditation, and mantra chanting.
You will also experience yoga sessions during the days, deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, soundhealing sessions with crystal bowls and gong, mantramusic circles, and to integrate everything: moments of stillness and reflection,
time for rest, silence, and simply being.
You may choose to spend your free time skiing through the breathtaking winter landscape, breathing the crisp mountain air, enjoying the warmth of the sauna, or awakening your senses with ice bathing. Nourishing vegetarian and vegan meals will be lovingly prepared for you throughout the weekend.
This retreat is a space for connection — with yourself, with nature, and with others from Norway and abroad who long for warmth, authenticity, and inner peace during the winter season.
About Kundaliniyoga:
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and meditative practice that combines breathwork, movement, meditation, mantra, and deep relaxation. Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced students, helping reduce stress and create inner calm. Kundalini Yoga is not about being flexible or perfect, but about connecting with yourself and your energy. Through simple exercises, you can improve focus, balance, and everyday wellbeing.

Heart & Soul
The three hosts met during their Kundalini Yoga teacher training at Northern Light Yoga in Oslo, where a shared passion for yoga, mantra, music, and healing arts brought them together. During this time, they also formed the mantra band Heart & Soul.
Together, they create warm and heart-centered workshops and retreats that weave together yoga, meditation, mantra, sound healing, and deep rest. Live music is a natural part of their gatherings, with Daisy playing harmonium and Olya and Stine accompanying with guitar — creating soulful spaces for connection, presence, healing, and joy.
