Join us for this deeply nurturing retreat where you will learn practices to support you exactly where you are in your phase of life, let go of what's no longer helpful, and invite fresh new growth. 

Daily yoga, pranayama and meditation practice, as well creative journaling exercises will guide you to develop your own daily routine you can take home for continued nourishment. Practice will be adapted to allow you to go at your own pace and learn what rhythm works best for your well-being. You'll also have the support of a like-minded community to help you navigate the journey. 

When you stop trying to keep up with your old pace of life and listen to the wisdom within, your life will change in powerful and magical ways. About teacher

Kim Roberts, M.A. trained as a psychotherapist while earning a graduate degree in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, USA. She started practicing with Richard Freeman in 1992 and was authorized by Pattabhi Jois to teach Ashtanga, teaching internationally for over 25 years. She's also a dedicated meditator and weaves the wisdom of the Ashtanga practice into the foundations of a strong and stable sitting meditation. She shares these contemplative practices in a creative approach that provides the means to develop emotional balance in daily life. Author of Ashtanga Yoga for Beginner's Mind, with a foreword by Richard Freeman, her second book, Toward a Secret Sky: Creating Your Own Pilgrimage will be available June 2019.
