Tiril Eckhoff, world champion in biathlon, loves being a guest at Nøsen. "I could have gone off the rails too, but because I had my sport, I could let it all out there," she says in this episode of Yoga for livet.

A few years ago May-Rita Sætervoll stood on the street selling the street paper =Oslo, in an endless chase for money and drugs. Then she got the chance to come to Nøsen. "This is no quick fix, but yoga has ruined my career as a drug addict."
