Back in the Ring in India

The last time we met Ingeborg (28), she had been free of drugs for two months and was on her way to India with Back in the Ring (BITR). Now she is home, and she will not gloss over the trip.

"Many of us have lived hard lives, and it was tough to be in India, but I have learned an incredible amount," she says. Among her tasks, Ingeborg was in charge of the cows. She also helped paint a school and taught children yoga.

The aim of the trip is to help former addicts gain new perspectives on life. Everyone pays part of the trip themselves and gets extra support through BITR.
