From prison to the mountain

"When I was in prison myself, it was a great frustration," says Alexander Medin.

The surroundings at Nøsen Yoga og Fjellhotell are quite different from prison: a high sky, mountains and grand nature.

Alongside hotel guests who expect good service, people who have gone off the rails get the chance to help run the hotel and learn to manage life through yoga. The project is called Back in the Ring. But can you really satisfy guests on a yoga retreat and help people out of addiction at the same time?
