This retreat has been created to offer a space of connection, rejuvenation, and transformation. We will dive into tools and practices for cultivating presence, self-awareness, and harmony in our bodies, minds, and spirits.

About Iselin & Chris:

Iselin Amanda and Christopher Mapstone live in Australia but work and travel internationally to hold events, workshops, and retreats.

Iselin Amanda Støylen is an experienced women's health educator and herbal medicine practitioner. She assists her clients in finding harmony and balance through connecting the mind-body-spirit relationship, and working with the Earth as a healer and teacher.
Besides her herbal practice, Iselin is an overall creative and travels between Europe, Australia, and North America sharing events, workshops, and retreats. Iselin offers cacao ceremonies and is an experienced yoga teacher specializing in yin yoga and yoga nidra. She is the founder of the skincare brand Raindrop Botanicals, and the author of the book "The Art of Chocolate".

She is originally from Arendal, South Norway, and is currently living in Byron Bay in Australia. www.iselinstoylen.com.

Chris Mapstone has spent a decade traveling in multi-dimensional musical realms.
He has shared his heart and music around the world at festivals, events, retreats, teepees, fires, and ceremonies. His music continues to grow and flourish as he follows the music and the muse to where it is needed. Having shared stages and space with other visionary artists such as Murray Kyle, Darpan, Lulu, and Mischka.

Chris’s musical path is one of healing and service; It is a deep dive into the mystery, wrapped in a warm blanket of love and grace.
Combining Voice, Yidaki (didgeridoo), Percussion, Guitar, and Flutes, Mapstone weaves an uplifting and enchanting sound. The lyrics and music are transformational; connecting the body and spirit in a multi-dimensional sonic journey of the heart; for the heart and from the heart.
