Come and join Nøsen Yoga Retreat Center for a short nature and yoga retreat, focusing on introducing the Ashtanga yoga intermediate series. This course will help you understand how you can gradually open your back and hips, to be able to master this series' most difficult asanas. The focus will be on technique, but also on deeper breathing, as well as on how to integrate technique, breath and a peaceful, calm approach in the most challenging asanas.
