During this workshop, we will introduce you to the Ashtanga basics, give you the techniques that will help you to remember the sequence easily and improve your concentration. Further on, we will teach you some basic breath techniques that purifies the body from toxins, and release tension in the body. If you think your body is too stiff for yoga, we are ready to change your mind. Everyone can practice yoga and by modifying the postures you will be able to keep a safe and stable alignment.
